COVID19 PANDEMIC SITUATION
Due to the health context of the COVID-19 pandemic, we invite you to keep up to date with any health restrictions in France and to be sure that you can comply with them before coming to France.

Registrations are now closed.

Conference fees
The conference registration fees include:
• Access to all scientific sessions, from May 16 to May 19, 2022
• Book of Abstracts and congress bag
• Coffee and tea breaks for 4 days
• Lunches for 2 days (Tuesday 17, Wednesday, 18). Please note that for Thursday 19, as the conference ended as soon, a lunch box  will be provided for the participants who choose this option when registering, at the price of 18€ (vat incl.)
• City tour on Tuesday 17 (end of the day)
• Welcome cocktail on Monday 16, at the Centre Prouvé Congress Center
• Gala dinner on Wednesday 18,  in the city Hall of Nancy

A conference registration can be associated with two papers for the same author. You will just have to specify the sciencesconf number of your presentation when you register on the site.

Registration is confirmed only once payment is received.
Full payment should be done at the latest 14 calendar days before the start of the event.

Accompanying person fees include:
• Welcome cocktail on Monday 16, at the Centre Prouvé Congress Center
• City tour on Tuesday 17 (end of the day)
• Gala dinner on Wednesday 18,  in the city Hall of Nancy
• Lunch box on Thursday 19
Please fill in the online registration form and select "accompanying person fee"

Please note that conference fees and accompanying person fees are in EUROS, French VAT included.

Sponsorship packages
There are several sponsorship packages, detailed in the Sponsorship and Partnership booklet.
Please refer to the sponsorship package wanted to know if you already benefit from free participant badges for the conference. If you want more, then you will have to add Delegate pass or Exhibitor pass in your registration form.


Exhibitor pass (200€ VAT Incl.) can be ordered by exhibitors only when registering for their sponsorship packages.
It includes:
• Coffee and tea breaks for 4 days
• Lunches for 2 days (Tuesday 17, Wednesday, 18).

Delegate pass (400€ VAT Incl.)  can be ordered by sponsors when registering for their sponsorship packages.
It includes:

• Lunches for 2 days (Tuesday 17, Wednesday, 18).

  •  Purchase order
Please make sure your purchase order includes the following information: participant’s full name, name of the Event, order reference number, amount to be paid, complete billing address and the VAT number (if applicable).

  •  Bank transfer
Please include the following information in the bank references section: participant’s full name, the name of the Event, the order reference number and UL PROPULS. All bank charges and applicable fees are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure that your payment includes all additional and applicable transfer fees, including those of the receiving bank. Cancellation policy

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (by mail or by email), cancelling a registration will be made according our terms and conditions:

Cancellation of registration to the Event by the Participant
• Cancellation up to 45 calendar days before the event: 100% refund minus a 50€ administrative fee.
• Cancellation between 45 and 22 calendar days before the event: 50% refund, with a minimum deduction of 50€.
• Cancellation less than 21 calendar days before the event: no refunds will be issued

Cancellation of registration to the Event by the Exhibitor
• Cancellation up to 10 calendar weeks before the event: 30% refund of total registration fees.
• Cancellation less than 10 calendar weeks before the event: no refund available.

Cancellation of a registration to the networking program or other social events by the Participant
• Cancellation up to 15 calendar days before the event: full order refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the event: no refunds available
